Greetings!
Hope you had a great weekend and that all "Moms" were appropriately pampered. Just being a parent or guardian of a middle school student is a full-time job. Isn't it amazing to think this year is already 5/6th over? But just like someone running track, it is time for your student to go into his/her "kick" and pour it on. It's not a time to relax; it's time to give it all you've got. Now on to this week's plans:
MONDAY--Students will be writing procedures for an experiment. This will be due at the end of the period, so NO HOMEWORK. Remember: Your student will be taking EXAM #9 ON FRIDAY, so START STUDYING THE VOCAB (in his/her Science Notebook) NOW!
TUESDAY--Students will be taking the SBAC Math Test, so I will not see them. Hence, NO HOMEWORK.
WEDNESDAY--Students will REVIEW FOR FRIDAY'S TEST, so again, NO HOMEWORK.
THURSDAY--Students will take the second SBAC Math Test, so NO HOMEWORK.
FRIDAY--Students will take Exam #9, so NO HOMEWORK.
This is our second SBAC TEST WEEK, so again, please be sure your student is well rested and has had breakfast Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This week students will be tested in Math. Make-up test days are Wednesday & Friday--and NO "Late Start" this week.
