Greetings!
Well, only two weeks left in Quarter #3--where did the time go? Just wanted to let you know in advance: THE LAST DAY FOR MISSING ASSIGNMENTS, REDOING WORK, RETAKING TESTS, AND EXTRA CREDIT IS FRIDAY, MARCH 27TH. I will be available for such things after school on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday, but not Thursday or Friday. Now on to this week's plans:
MONDAY--Students will take Exam #7 (Parts of a Flower) and an assessment on writing conclusions, so there is NO HOMEWORK.
TUESDAY--Students will begin to work on a bacteria/mold lab, thus NO HOMEWORK.
WEDNESDAY--Students will meet in group discussions, so NO HOMEWORK.
THURSDAY--Students will read an article on insects and take notes on it; THIS IS HOMEWORK--DUE FRIDAY.
FRIDAY--Students will watch a video on the Insects and will take notes in class. These will be due at the end of the period, so NO HOMEWORK.
Another announcement that pertains to this week: I will be gone on Thursday, March 26th (more Science training), so there will be a substitute in the classroom.
