Greetings!
Well, we survived our first week of testing (first part of English/Language Arts), and now will complete the second half this week. In the meantime, here's what's happening in the classroom this week:
MONDAY--Students will pre-read the plays based on Greek myths, so NO HOMEWORK.
TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY--Students will select the play they want to be in and will begin rehearsing, so NO HOMEWORK.
THURSDAY--SBA ELA Testing. NO HOMEWORK.
FRIDAY--Students continue to rehearse their plays, so NO HOMEWORK.
Since we continue to test this week, please be sure your student gets a good night's sleep, recharges his/her Chromebook, and has an adequate breakfast on the day of the test. I know these seem like common sense items, but they can make a world of difference, and we want your student's test scores to reflect his/her true abilities.
