Greetings!
Well, we survived our first week of testing (first part of English/Language Arts), and now will complete the second half this week. In the meantime, here's what's happening in the classroom this week:
MONDAY--Students will begin working on their "Density Columns", so NO HOMEWORK.
TUESDAY--SBA ELAN Testing. NO HOMEWORK.
WEDNESDAY--Students complete their "Density Columns"and will begin the "Building a Density Bottle" lab, so NO HOMEWORK.
THURSDAY--Students will begin their "Reflecting on What You've Done" assignment (Chapter Test), so NO HOMEWORK.
FRIDAY--Students continue to work on Investigation 3.5, "Building a Density Bottle". NO HOMEWORK.
Since we continue to test this week, please be sure your student gets a good night's sleep, recharges his/her Chromebook, and has an adequate breakfast on the day of the test. I know these seem like common sense items, but they can make a world of difference, and we want your student's test scores to reflect his/her true abilities.
If you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns, by all means please contact me. The phone number in my classroom is (360) 264-3644 and the best email address to reach me is humblem@tenino.k12.wa.us
Have a wonderful week,
Michele Humble
