Greetings!
No, I did not fall off the edge of the Earth--between grading papers, the end of the term, and Knowledge Bowl, I have been swamped. But! Report cards are now in the mail, and this is the last week of Knowledge Bowl, so from now on, I should have no more excuses. So here are the plans for this week:
MONDAY--Students added notes to their Science Notebooks, so NO HOMEWORK.
TUESDAY--Students will finish Investigation 3.3 from last week. NO HOMEWORK.
WEDNESDAY--LATE START DAY--Students will watch a video on cells. NO HOMEWORK.
THURSDAY--Students will work on the lab for Investigation 3.2. On pages 38-39 questions #1-#10 are to be answered. If they are not completed in class they are HOMEWORK DUE FRIDAY.
FRIDAY--Students will take part in the Investigation 3.4 lab. This should be completed in class, so NO HOMEWORK.
Just a reminder that this Wednesday (2/14) is a LATE START DAY. Hopefully you have already made arrangements for that. And remember that NEXT WEEK is Mid-Winter Break, so there will be NO SCHOOL MONDAY, FEB. 19TH & TUESDAY, FEB. 20TH.
Also, please be on the look out for the first semester report cards--they should be in the mail if you haven't already received them.
Please contact me with any questions, comments, and/or concerns you may have. The phone number in my classroom is (360) 264-3644 and the best email address to reach me at is humblem@tenino.k12.wa.us
Have a wonderful week,
Michele Humble
