6th Grade Science Plans for March 5th through 9th, 2018

Greetings!

Hope you're enjoying our warm sunny weather!  And here is what we are doing this week:

MONDAY & TUESDAY--Students will be researching the six body systems.  This HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT IS DUE WEDNESDAY.

WEDNESDAY--Students will add notes to their Science Notebooks on the "Levels of Organization".  There is also a HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT that will be DUE FRIDAY.

THURSDAY & FRIDAY--Students will receive their body system assignment and will do research on this Thursday & Friday.  NO HOMEWORK.

I'm sure you remember that Wednesday, March 7th is our "Evening at the Museum" in the TMS library prior to the the Band Concert.  When you have dropped off your Band student, swing on in to see your student's handiwork--there are some memorable displays this year.

As you can see, the 100 point "Cells Post Test" has been entered into Skyward.  I was disappointed.  It was an easy test to study for and your student had several resources like "Quizlet", the practice test we took in class, and the study sheet he/she made in class.  I will be contacting some of you this week about Saturday School to study for and retake this test.

As always, please contact me with questions, comments, and/or concerns you may have.  The phone number in my classroom is (360) 264-3644 and the best email address to reach me at is humblem@tenino.k12.wa.us

Have a wonderful week,
Michele Humble
