6th Grade Science Plans for November 27th through December 1st, 2017

Greetings!

Hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving break and now have his/her batteries recharged to get us through to Tuesday, December 19th.  Here is what we will be doing this week:

MONDAY--Students will write a reflection in their Science Notebooks on series and parallel circuits.  This will be DUE AT THE END OF THE PERIOD, so NO HOMEWORK.

TUESDAY--Students will engineer different circuits.  This is HOMEWORK DUE WEDNESDAY.

WEDNESDAY--Students will build different circuits in a lab setting.  This will be DUE AT THE END OF THE PERIOD, so it is NO/T HOMEWORK.

THURSDAY--Students will learn about Morse Code.  There will be a worksheet that is HOMEWORK DUE FRIDAY.

FRIDAY--Students will use their Chromebooks to visit some sites dealing with electricity, so NO HOMEWORK.

No late start or early release this week--just a "regular" schedule (if there is such a thing in middle school).

As always, if you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me.  The phone number in my classroom is (360) 264-3644 and the best email address to reach me at is humblem@tenino.k12.wa.us

Have a wonderful week,
Michele Humble
