6th Grade Science Plans for January 14th through 18th, 2019

Greetings!

I'm doing a little better this week--let's see how long that lasts.  Here's what we're doing in Science this week:

MONDAY--Students will add schematics to their Science Notebooks in class, so NO HOMEWORK.

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY--Students will work on Investigation 2.1 which is a lab.  There is a lab worksheet that goes with it.  That will be DUE THURSDAY.

THURSDAY--Students will be adding vocabulary to their Science Notebooks.  This will be done in class.  I will include the 25 words to the assignment, so please consider it HOMEWORK DUE FRIDAY.

FRIDAY--For students who qualify by having ALL of their 2nd quarter assignments turned in, we will be doing activities with the Van de Graaf generator in class.  For students with missing work, they will be working to get caught up in the library.  NO HOMEWORK OVER THE WEEKEND.

No "Late Start" this week, but just a reminder that Monday, January 21st is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, so there will be NO SCHOOL.

If you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me.  The phone number in my classroom is (360) 264-3644 and the best email address to reach me at is humblem@tenino.k12.wa.us

Have a wonderful week,
Michele Humble
