6th Grade Science Plans for December 11th through 15th, 2017

Greetings!

Hope you are enjoying this cold, clear weather!  It's perfect for studying static electricity.  Now here is what we will be doing this week:

MONDAY--Students will participate in "Static Electricity Labs", so NO HOMEWORK.

TUESDAY--Students will experiment with the Van de Graff generator, so again NO HOMEWORK.

WEDNESDAY--Students will have a review assignment for Friday's test.  It is HOMEWORK DUE THURSDAY.

THURSDAY--Students will review in class for FRIDAY'S TEST.  Be sure to STUDY FOR IT.

FRIDAY--Students will take the "Electricity Unit Test".  It will be DUE AT THE END OF THE PERIOD, so NO HOMEWORK.

The next seven school days will be "Spirit Week", starting tomorrow (Monday) with "Lazy Day"--be looking for those pajamas and sweats as your student heads out the door.

Just a reminder that we DO have school NEXT week; our last day of class will be Tuesday, December 19th.  Then school resumes after the Winter Break on Wednesday, January 3rd.

Please contact me if you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns.  The phone number in my classroom is (360) 264-3644 and the best email address to reach me is humblem@tenino.k12.wa.us

Have a wonderful week,
Michele Humble
